Double check the days’ supply before dispensing. It’s a favorite of the PBMs to go after and can be often missed on subsequent dispenses.
I graduated from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and spent my first few years working for a large chain pharmacy in Green Bay, Wisconsin. I made the jump to Long Term Care and spent the past 12 years in that pharmacy setting. Working in both fields has given me a solid background to understand and help independent pharmacies navigate some of the aches and pains that come with audits and other pharmacy-related questions and concerns.
